About this Spot
The area around the Seabreeze Parking lot, including:
The parking lot and surrounding sidewalks (watch for bikes!)
The beach to the West of Seabreeze
The bike path and greenway heading South to where the Riprap starts - all the green area along the path basically.
Note: See East Bay Highways Project - Hwy 580 - University for the encampment. See Coastal Parks - Brickyard Park for the park to the South.
Trash Note
Seabreeze parking lot gets trashed daily, especially next to Frontage.
The area West of Seabreeze parking lot down to the beach has trash buried in the bushes down to the waterline. This is valuable habitat area.
The bike path captures litter blown in from the road and the green verge next to it periodically hosts campsites. This area needs additional deep cleaning.

Avoid cleaning active campsites unless you talk to the residents and get guidance from residents about what can be taken away. Potentially needles around homeless campsites.
