Sausal Creek has significant open stretches through Oakland to it’s headwaters in San Joaquin Park, down through Dimond Canyon and Park. The outflow is in the Oakland Estuary next to the Fruitvale Bridge.

Avoid trampling vegetation and walking in the creeks. Avoid areas with nesting birds March - August.
Getting There & Parking
Use nearby street parking.
Trash Disposal
Small amounts, can be put in trash cans.
Large amounts, pile off the right-of-way, where it can easily be loaded into a truck.
