Trash Note
Litter on city streets is often found near parking. Fast food, Dollar-stores, bus stops, convenience stores, and laundromats typically have more litter around them.
The area around trash cans generally collects micro-trash. Clean, inviting trash cans get used more often, and maintaining trash cans is recommended.

Wear a neon safety vest if working around traffic. Watch for cars, bikes and pedestrians.
Getting There & Parking
Park on city streets.
Trash Disposal
Small amounts take with you or deposit in city trash cans.
Large amounts pile off the right-of-way where it’s easy to load into a truck, and report to the City of Berkeley by sending email with detailed location and amount to: customerservice@cityofberkeley.info
