Stretch of road from overlook down to the gated pullover on the right side near the bottom. See map location for mid-point. Signpost 22
Trash Note
Most of the trash today is litter from cars, and is concentrated near the road, but some amounts flow down moderate to steep slopes, and will take a significant effort to remove.
Hillside is best accessed by repelling down moderate slopes to reach trash below. Sunny area.
Hazards & Safety
Watch for fast moving cars along Grizzly Peak Blvd. Make sure to wear safety gear when working along roads.
Significant amounts of poison oak along roadside.
Moderately steep slopes, best accessed by repelling on ropes.
Getting There & Parking
Parking at pullovers both above and below long stretch of road.
Trash Disposal
Small amounts, can be put in or nearby cans at Grizzly Peak overlooks.
Large amounts, pile off the right-of-way, where it can easily be loaded into a truck.
