Baxter Creek Watershed includes Baxter, Mira Vista, Poinsett, Canyon Trail, and Wildwood Creeks. Most of this drainage is culverted, but it runs above ground in several locations, see linked info for detailed map.
The stretch of Baxter above ground at San Pablo Ave needs work.

Avoid cleaning active campsites unless you talk to the residents and get guidance from residents about what can be taken away. Potentially needles around homeless campsites.
Hazards & Safety
Avoid trampling vegetation and walking in the creeks. Avoid areas with nesting birds March - August.

Use nearby street parking.

Small amounts, can be put in trash cans.
Large amounts, pile off the right-of-way, where it can easily be loaded into a truck.
